I lost photos of the 2nd unofficial PRS forum event years ago in a PC crash, but there was a guy on that forum, and at one of the events, that had a McTrem studio (S-S-H)... pretty unicorn-ish, but I don't have any pics!
I almost bought an employee guitar that was a McSoapie trem with a maple neck and rosewood board - never saw another like that one either (Again, no pics - sorry!)
The employee guitar was all but mine... the seller agreed to sell it to me because another buyer had gone silent. I told him I didn't want to screw up a committed deal, if he wanted to give the guy another day - sure enough, the guy showed back up and bought it. Nice guy finished last!
Relatively minor - my CU22 has DGT pickups with factory wiring to work with the rotary switch. Never seen another set of those.

1957/2008 SC245. Why unicorn status? It's one of a very few that shipped with coil taps on the pups.

Love 11tops's Santana - I love one piece bodies - it's why I tried this . It's my NF3, with studio electronics and a solid burl maple body. The looks made me pick it up but the sound meant I couldn't put it down. I think there are 2 more with solid burl bodies. But of course mine is best... (not biased at all )
It looks slightly like a teapot, but not quite.
305 with factory custom body carve, all steel trem bridge (before steel components were standard) and reverse wound middle pickup.
PRS speaker cabinet in 25th Anniversary green cloth. Maybe not that exciting but it is the only one.
Ran across an old picture. Chris T had three of them!
