    I'm going with an obvious choice this time. It's a little early, but it'll be here in case anybody wants to hear it later tonight. There's also a link that might be of interest.

    I don't do much on New Years anymore. I have a very low torerance for a lot of the things New Year's Eve celebrations have become over the years; no offense meant to anyone. If you do go out, PLEASE be careful. And PLEASE don't take any chances behind the wheel, or even riding with someone who may have had too much. And while you're at it, keep an eye on the person next to you. The point is for us all to wake up tomorrow and start a new year that is better than the last one.

    To me, this may be the most beautiful song ever written. It's definitely in my top five.

    Elvis has always been a biggie to me. Some of my first memories having to do with music are about Elvis. My favorite era of Elvis is the 70's, the jumpsuit era that started in Vegas and went from there. Here are two different versions of "In The Ghetto":



    This one is a little slower and has less production with the horns, backing vocals, etc.

    I'm not a huge fan of this audio version (I like the original better myself), but I think it's a cute video.
