    Listening to the one above, and comparing it to this, the question that comes to mind is 'What happened?'. Troubling in my opinion. I for one am so glad that their 'techno era' is over. Hopefully. I saw them a few months ago, and at long last they seem to be back to doing what they do best.

    'Let's see here... I'm part of a legendary blues/rock/boogie band. I'm one of the most well known and well respected guitarists in the world. Our band is a shining example of the simple beauty and power of hard work, dedication, and honoring our roots and those who passed this music down to us in the first place. We've spent a major portion of our lives getting to this point. What do we do next? I know! Let's stop using the incredible rhythm section we have, get some machines, pile on some studio gimmicks and buffoonery, and try to cover the uncoverable ie:Elvis! Then, we'll tour, and regardless of what other new music we release along the way, we'll use basically the same setlist on every tour for the next decade.'

    Mr. Travers! One of my faves since the first time I heard him. What a video - and set - this is. Living in Cow Pattie Texas as I do, I seem to miss TONS of cool gigs like this one. Intimate setting, bare bones stage set (check out the amps), and four super-talented guys doing music from the heart and soul. I'm all for a big production if it's done well, but there is no taking away from the plug-in-and-floor-it approach shown here. Note/Plea to Mr. Travers: PLEASE come back here sometime soon and play. It's not ideal, but my apartment is yours if you need it. PLEASE! You guys are MONSTERS! PLEASE!
