Last year and this year, Chrysalis put out a two part series of UFO called "The Chrysalis Years (1973 - 1979)" and "The Chrysalis Years (1980 - 1986)". Five discs each, complete albums, rarities, live gigs, alt. takes, the whole nine yards. No matter what else I listen to lately, these are still close by. I can't put 'em down...

I can watch any of those mini documentaries and be entertained. There's another much longer Bob Marley doc on Netflix right now

NP: (asked the girlfriend which record she wanted me to put on...she said "something old". Easy enough!

Love it or hate it. I happen to think it's a good, solid record. Mice mood music for my Friday evening.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

Fall officially starts today, so this is my farewell to summer.

This song just reminds me of the beach

A couple of days ago I had a chance to check out the new book from Ann and Nancy Wilson. It includes input from Howard Leese, which is a huge plus for me. I hope to get a copy soon, so in honor of them, here are two from Heart.

I encourage EVERYONE to give Reign of Kindo a listen. Even if its not your style you'll be blown away by the sheer talent they possess.
