    PRS Makers Mark

A local wine shop had a Makers Mark rep on hand today with a pot of hot wax. The store advertised to bring something in to be dipped. I thought this old McCarty headstock might look cool with a bit of the old MM wax hanging off the edge. Now it needs a forum truss rod cover!

MM did some special runs a couple of years ago where they double dipped in different colors. I lived in a college town at the time, so they did the local college's colors, which was pretty freaking cool...but not as cool as that.

    Ok, that's pretty darned cool.

That's it! We need to have a forum bourbon trail tour. Maybe we could have a private stock aged in a Woodford Reserve cask?

We typically have Bourbon tastings on Friday and Saturday nights, in the lobby of the Hilton Garden...

    Just sayin'...

    Very cool!
If something is too hard to do, then it's not worth doing. You just stick that guitar in the closet next to your short-wave radio, your karate outfit and your unicycle and we'll go inside and watch TV.
