It's funny how things work sometimes

The other day at work, I noticed the door was open on the fire extinguisher. I gotta be honest...I have walked past that thing multiple times every day for the last 4+ years, and I never really noticed it until that open door stood out to me.

Then, this morning, I had this urge to ride my motorcycle to work. I usually don't ride mid-week, but, for some reason I decided to go with khakis and a polo-style shirt (which is dressed down for me) and ride.

Toward the end of the day, there's this fire next to the building (flames were literally hitting the building). I remember the fire extinguisher, grab it, and go to work...lots of smoke and dust everywhere, including my clothes. Luckily for me, the ride home aired them out instead of getting that smell trapped in my car.

I can't say that was fate, but I can say it was nice how everything came together.
    Too many and never enough...

    Cool story!
If something is too hard to do, then it's not worth doing. You just stick that guitar in the closet next to your short-wave radio, your karate outfit and your unicycle and we'll go inside and watch TV.
