what to use to clean aluminum tailpiece?

I've owned a couple of PRS guitars with the stoptail in the past, and they always seem to pick up corrosion from my hand resting on them. I just picked up new Paul's Guitar a couple of weeks ago. It seems like no matter how good I wipe it off after playing the tailpiece is already starting to corrode on me. This Paul's is so beautiful and I want to keep it looking as good as I can, but I bought it to play too! What can I use to clean it and keep it clean?

MAAS metal polish. I use it on everything. I had some nickel covers in a R7 that I thought were beyond saving that came out almost perfect. And I use it on my PRS saddles to great success. As well was all over my pedal steel. It's great stuff. Try it.

Be sure to take it off the Guitar before you clean it with metal polish

I'm not sure which one. The lavender does sound lovely, though!

Another type of metal (nickel) polish is "Flitz"...not sure of spelling...the tube is at home. Stuff works well on PU covers.
