Are Ted Truss Rod Covers the same size as the regular PRS covers?

    Hello all,

I have a Ted McCarty incoming, and I think it looks great for the most part. But I can't stop thinking about that HIDEOUS truss rod cover that PRS slapped on there. I have a couple spare TRCs lying around. Are the Ted TRCs the same size? I wanna remove that silliness as soon as I pick her up!.

    Thanks,
    bs

I'm under the impression that all the American made ones are. The se ones are a tad shorter. You need one of these forum TRC 's

They are the same size as all USA PRS. I've swapped mine out as well. I don't mind the newest versions on my 408 and Brent Mason but the silly font from a couple of years ago was hideous on all models.
