    GUITAR AFICIONADO MAGAZINE MODEL

Thanks to Hans for sending these photos to me. I don't have a copy of the January/February 2014 copy yet. Apparently, PS #4471 is featured.

Many children idolize their Fathers when they are young. Then they grow up, find out Dad really isn't Superman, etc, etc. My Dad can beat up your Dad kind of fades away. All that being said............

This article is exactly why Dad is still my Hero ............... You Fugg'in Rock Dad!

    Fantastic!
    Off topic though:
Where does one find exotic wood backplates like this? I have found them from a place in maple, but I'm looking for cocobolo.

PRS supplied those as part of the build. I think John Guilford at pickuprings.com might make them though. You might have to send him the wood, but that's not difficult to find.
However, when PRS makes them, I believe they carve the cut a bit deeper so that the covers are a bit thicker than the plastic ones.

And just to totally derail things... Does anybody else see Eddie's resemblance to Jimmy Page here?
