    NGD - Pernambuco

Played one from this run a couple months ago and could not get the sound and feel out of my head. Pernambuco necked guitars just kept haunting from that day.

Had to pick this one up. Already switched the amber knobs to clear knobs and put Schaller strap locks on it.

More and better pics coming soon.

    Congrats G. stunning addition

Now i can't judge the color correctly from my phone but if it's vintage natural and since she has mixed hardware i'd go with the amber lampshades, gives her more warmth IMHO.

Incredible. Clear is my choice for the knobs.

    Nice Gian!

Can't help you with the knobs, though - the pic of the clear ones makes them really pop and blend with the finish. But in the pic w/the amber, it's like the stain shifted a bit, and they look really good to.

    Excellent pick.
Either knob works, but I like the clear with that top.

Having owned one from this run and played a few more I can say with extreme confidence they are awesome. Congrats Gian, I know you were looking for a Perny. You got a sweet one for a great price.

That's a really nice guitar. I wouldn't fret over the knobs my friend.
