I fell in love with Santorini, Greece, when I was there 5 years ago…

So you're asking where we're going to build PRSVille?

I've long said I want to go to Phoenix - no snow, no changing the clocks. My wife has this silly idea that before we commit to such a move, we should actually go there once.

I love Toronto, but I hate winter. If I were retired, no need to go out on a daily basis, I might still consider that, but I really hate dealing with the snow, so most likely not. Plus I don't want to move guitars across the border. That also helps eliminate London - much as I loved it over there, there's no way to afford living in the city, and I don't want to deal with shipping guitars. So I'll just have to vacation there. Loved Colorado, too, and hockey games would start at 5:30 PM, so even better, but...snow.

More and more, I'm thinking that a move to MD might be possible. When we were in Ocean City a couple years ago, we were offered a condo in the hotel we were in because of a room issue. We didn't because it didn't make much sense for a couple days, but we keep thinking about that - it would be a hell of a place to live. Biggest drawback - hurricanes. And having neighbors in the next room who might not take to a cranked Archon (this is the future, after all). But I could see moving somewhere that Experience is a shorter drive.

You ever been to Snoqualmie Falls Lodge?
    http://www.snoqualmiefalls.com/

They serve the best pancakes and oatmeal there, and from your table you can see the falls.

I lived in Breckenridge for a few years after college. You couldn't pay me to live there again. I do like visiting, but it's a pretty interesting year 'round culture there.

Brent, I'm with you. Southern France sounds fantastic right now. Arles, Aix, Nice...I'm in!

I wouldn't mind Southern France either. Went there for vacation last year and absolutely loved it.

Hire me when you are ready and I can give you a somewhat similar look right in your back yard.

Maui is the only place I have ever visited on vacation, where I was not ready to come back home. Been there 4 times & I was not ready to come any of those 4 times. However, I would have to pick ................

Keep the pics coming! I haven't been to many places. I made my choice based on climate I'd be most comfortable in throughout the year because of the frigid temps here now.

Another candidate - Brisbee, AZ. Supposed to be a bit of a haven for creative types. I'd heard of it because that's where comedian Doug Stanhope lives. Read an article in the paper today about the place - sounds pretty cool.
