I have not had Jack Gretz do tech work for me yet, but I've been there and purchased from him. He is a top notch person.

Jack did the 5-way switch to McCarty switching on my CE22. Funny thing is, he did it at the 2nd PRS Forum Event while we were at Garrett Park Guitars.
Not like the other kids...
