    Congrats Seahawks: Superbowl champs!

No denying it. Seahawks owned the Broncos from the outset. I'll be the 1st to say it...

    Congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks.

They had the quickest score in super bowl history. Just goes to show you what happens when you put safety first.

Props to both teams. It's hard for any team to get to the Super Bowl.

And it's utterly impossible for the Lions.
If something is too hard to do, then it's not worth doing. You just stick that guitar in the closet next to your short-wave radio, your karate outfit and your unicycle and we'll go inside and watch TV.

Car commercials - the only way Detroit gets to the Super Bowl.

I was dreaming right before I got up[ at 12:08 this morning, and the Bronco's had won.
Then I realized it was only a dream, so as I stumbled out of bed I fired up my computer here, then checked the local news site, and saw the Seahawks had won with the 43 - 8.

    Whewwwwwwww!

I knew something was up yesternight, as between 5:30 and 7 PM there were lots of fireworks going off down by the casino.

Seahawks played very great this year, very glad to see them win the Superbowl this time.
Will be lots of parties at work this week.

what an absoloutely pathetic excuse for a professional football game, let alone a super bowl. humiliating is a understatement. who was coaching the bronco's, a pee-wee football rookie coach? that was 3 hours of my life i'll never get back! (and $625 i should of won if denver would have kicked the field goal at the end of the 2nd quarter, having the #'s 2 and 3)

He looked really off because every player on Denver was outmanned, outplayed and stomped on.
For the record as a Pats fan, I think the outcome would have been the same.

A safety - the most embarrassing and humiliating play in football. And it went downhill from there for the Broncos.

Congrats to the Seahawks - they way they were playing, there wasn't another team in either conference who could have stopped them.

Something truly unexpected: I don't think there was a single officiating stinker of a call....

Congrats Seattle! Really was a great team effort with everyone doing a good job. Tough to pick an MVP, but I'm glad a defensive player got it since that's what the team is built on. Offense played great last night as well. I didn't have a true dog in the fight, had some former Badgers on both teams. First game I couldn't really pick a favorite. Would've been fine with either winning.

Probably because it hasn't mattered since January 19th. Unless you just want to debate their career stats?

No kidding! In my opinion, the look on Manning's face (even in the 1st quarter) said it all. He knew it wasn't going to end well. Not sure he knew just how bad it would get though. What a humiliating loss.

Pats, Broncos, or otherwise... no one will take the Seahawks lightly next year.

Head to Head (10 wins Brady vs 5 Manning), Number of SB appearences, number of rings.. I'm pretty confrotable with the stats that matter when comparing.
You could be a stat machine which he is but at the end of the day 20 years from now, no one will be quoting his regular season stats.
If you can't win the big one, you'll be brought up later in the conversation (even AFTER Eli) and thats where the rubber meets the road.
