Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous Options (bottom of page) > select the Standard Editer option.

Glad to see the move to vB. It's a lot more secure and allows for many more options that will be important as the membership grows.
Jamie, there are some things in the admin CP that should help make things happen in the posting box.
