PRS and Washington Music Center Host "Paul-A-Palooza"
"Paul-A-Palooza", hosted by authorized PRS dealer Chuck Levin’s Washington Music Center, gave customers the chance to hand-select and purchase guitars directly from the PRS factory show room on Friday, July 31. More than 200 guitar aficionados attended this invitation only event that not only included one of the largest selection of PRS guitars ever offered for sale, but gave customers the opportunity to learn about new products such as PRS amps and acoustics through exclusive demonstrations created specifically for the event.
PRS Guitars’ Senior Acoustic Luthier Steve Fischer demonstrated the Tonare Grand and Angelus Cutaway PRS Acoustics, going over facets of their overall design and construction and Senior Amp Designer Doug Sewell also demonstrated the new Original Sewell, Blue Sierra and Dallas PRS Amplifiers.
Paul Reed Smith was also on hand to discuss recent developments in pickup designs, new model introductions, the upcoming 25th Anniversary of the company and all things PRS.
“We’ve always been fortunate to enjoy a special relationship with everyone at PRS Guitars, and are very proud to have been a dealer from the beginning. The willingness of everyone at PRS to go the extra mile for us and our customers really means the world to us, and events like this are a great example of that.” Brian Meader, Washington Music Center
PRS Guitars National Sales and Marketing Manager Larry Urie, “It is always a pleasure to bring our dealers and customers together here at the factory. I like talking with people that share an interest in guitars and music. I learn something new every day.”
