Set Up Your PRS Accessory Store Account

Simply click Account in the navigation menu and click Create New Account when entering the shop and fill in the required information. Each time you return to the PRS Accessory Store Online, sign in with your user name and password to automatically fill in personal information for the ordering process. If your address or phone number changes, simply log in and click on your name and edit the information. *All information is treated confidentially. How To Order

Ordering from the PRS Accessory Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far by clicking Basket Contents in the toolbar at the top of the page. When you are ready to checkout, click Checkout and proceed to the secure checkout area. After your order number is submitted, a confirmation will be emailed to you with an order confirmation number. * Please use this order confirmation number when inquiring about your order.*. Shipping

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. Please specify a physical street address for UPS tracked service. P.O. Boxes, APO's, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. UPS Ground shipment is an estimated delivery service. The transmit time is not guaranteed, but an approximate 2-10 busineess days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) should be allowed depending on the distance traveled from Maryland. For more information on standard delivery times in your area, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. All UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select orders placed before 12 PM EST/EDT will be shipped the following business day. UPS packages may require signature upon delivery; this is at the discretion of the UPS driver. If you are not going to be home, we recommend you leave a note on the door with your signature requesting the package be left. If you live in an apartment, please specify on your note that you would like the package left at your apartment office, if applicable, because packages are not normally driver released in apartment or condominium residences for security purposes.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return anything purchased from the PRS Accessory Shop within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. ** Pickups that have been installed can only be exchanged for the same item.** If you need to return an item, please contact us at 410-643-9970 or email us at accessories@prsguitars.com for a return authorization. Please have your packing slip or confirmation/order number when contacting us for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we have made an error with your order. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, we will credit your credit card.
