What To Expect

When touring the PRS factory, you can expect to get a firsthand look at our processes, instruments, and amplifiers from raw wood or blank chassis form to finished guitar or amplifier. What we hope you leave with is a unique view into not just our work but the people building PRS. The craftspeople here are a unique bunch. We have a passion for building instruments and also for the music that these instruments help create. There is a special kind of pride and individual ownership surrounding our instruments. From our experience, there is no better way to see this unique aspect of PRS than to walk through the shop.

As our guest, you will see our guitar manufacturing line, our SE Series inspection team, and our amplifier department. While not physically demanding, the tour does include walking and climbing a flight of stairs (elevators are available for guests with special needs). The tour may not be suitable for children under 10 years old due to its length and technical nature.

Stellar Tour! Exceeded Expectations! Thank you Hunter and PRS staff! My husband scheduled a tour for our family of six for our oldest daughter's 16th birthday. Not only was the visit/tour of PRS factory one of the most incredible family outings we have ever had, it is also one of the most artistically enriching, educational, engaging, and almost 90 minutes long!

My family and I took a tour here and man, I loved it. Only me and my dad are guitar people, but my brother and mom both still really enjoyed the tour. I love their guitars and understand the processes that they go through. They put in so much effort, time, and love into every part of the guitars. They inspect everything they sell, even the guitars that aren't made in this factory. They actively work to make every guitar better. I am and will be a PRS customer for my entire life. They put the same quality into the cheaper series as the more expensive ones.

Absolutely amazing experience. My wife surprised me today with a trip to PRS. Paul walked up and said "Hi, I'm Paul." He chatted with us for a few minutes and went back to doing his thing. I can't believe the attention to detail that goes into every single guitar. Paul, his staff and instruments are top notch! And the tour was free, what an amazing experience.
