CULTURE AT PRS
Innovation, teamwork, and quality have been the lifeblood of our business since Paul Reed Smith built his first factory in Annapolis, MD in 1985. Today, our factory continues our mission on the edge of the Chesapeake Bay in Stevensville, Maryland. Our USA factory tour is narrated by PRS COO Jack Higginbotham. Jack started at PRS as an entry level employee in 1985, the same year PRS Guitars began.
COMMUNITY IMPACT SUMMARY
Since our start in 1985, PRS has grown to become the third largest electric guitar manufacturer in the United States. But we also try to keep thinking like a startup, realizing we remain a company in progress. This Community Impact Summary is intended to give you a better idea of who we are, the type of community we strive to build, and the corporate responsibilities that we consider priorities.
